Collection and processing of personal data
Data when visiting the site

When visiting the Provider’s site, the following data is transmitted by the user’s browser to the Provider’s server and stored: the user’s IP address, date and time of access, the file retrieved, the amount of data sent, the website from which the request comes, the browser type, the language and version of the user’s browser software, and the user’s operating system. The legal basis is Art. 6(1) sentence 1(f) GDPR (DS-GVO). The Provider’s legitimate interest lies in the fact that this data serves to ensure the functionality of the Provider’s website and to optimise it. The aforementioned data is processed separately from other personal data of the users. This data is not passed on to third parties.

Data when using the contact form

When the user submits an enquiry to the Provider by means of the online form in the “Contact” section, the name and email address are collected; any further data entries by the user are voluntary. This data collection serves the prompt handling of the contact enquiry. By sending a contact enquiry, the user consents to the Provider contacting them via one of the specified contact channels in order to handle the contact enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1) sentence 1(fb) GDPR (DS-GVO) (processing for the performance of a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures). This data is not passed on to third parties.

Use of Cookies

Cookies are used on the Provider’s web pages. Cookies are small text files that are stored by the internet browser on the user’s computer system. Cookies can be transmitted to a page when it is accessed and thus enable the user to be identified. They serve to make the internet offering as a whole more user-friendly and effective.

The following types of Cookies are used on the Provider’s site:

The purpose of the data processing in connection with the use of Google Maps is to provide the user with an interactive map. The legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6(1) sentence 1(f) GDPR (DSGVO) (the Provider’s legitimate interest). The Provider’s legitimate interest lies in providing the user with the most convenient possible presentation of the geographical location and individual route planning to it.

Google Analytics

On this website the Provider uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics likewise uses so-called “Cookies”, text files that are stored on the user’s terminal device (PC, mobile, tablet, etc.). These Cookies enable an analysis of the user’s use of the website. The information generated by the Cookie about the user’s use of the website is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
