You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Günter Damde – Art of Sound, Ludwigstraße 61, 66115 Saarbrücken, kontakt@eckhorn.com, Tel. +49 681 499329) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist in the case of contracts for the supply of goods manufactured to the customer’s specifications (custom-made items, individual kits and enclosures).
